Our Process:

Upon finalizing the verbal agreement, the client is required to provide a card on file to Naples 2Night. Payments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month throughout the initial 3-month agreement. Following the conclusion of the 3-month period, the agreement will automatically transition to a month-to-month basis. Clients have the flexibility to cancel at any time during the month-to-month period, provided they give a 15-day notice prior to the upcoming month. If a client opts to cancel during the 3-month agreement, no refunds will be issued. In the month-to-month phase, failure to cancel with a 15-day notice will result in non-refundable charges for the subsequent month.

Regarding monthly ads, clients can opt to request a new ad design each month at no additional cost. However, it is essential for the client to submit their request for a new ad design before the 20th of the current month. In the absence of such a request, the existing ad will be retained until the client formally requests a change. Naples 2Night will furnish end-of-month analytics reports via email on a monthly basis.
