Beach Yoga, Sound Bath + Cacao!

Hi beach yoga family! I'm back in Florida! I'm so excited to bring this amazing medicine back to Lowdermilk Beach. We will begin with a cacao ceremony / sharing circle, singing medicine songs and sipping cacao medicine! This will lead into the yoga class which is an all levels, beginner friendly, relaxing yet invigorating flow. All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged as always. We will finish off our beautiful flow with a sound bath and guided meditation.

Please arrive no later than 4:45PM Cost: Sliding Scale $22-$52 Please bring a yoga mat, comfy blanket, something to sit on, water, YOUR OWN CUP OR MUG, and whatever you would like to place on the altar (people like to bring flowers or something that is meaningful to them, you will get this back!)
