“Elevating Perspectives” Talk Series with Heather Schwarz and MY Self Wellness

In an effort to support the community it serves, MY Self Wellness, a cutting-edge ketamine clinic and pioneer in the psychedelic space based in Bonita Springs, is hosting a series of engaging mindfulness events this fall. The series of events includes the “Elevating Perspectives” talk series with community leader Heather Schwarz.   Schwarz launched the education series, “Elevating Perspectives,” an intimate and interactive talk series to create awareness, provide education and dispel myths and stigmas in the alternative medicine space. To kick off the series, MY Self Wellness President and Co-Founder Christina Thomas and Chief Brand Ambassador and Co-Founder Charles Patti will discuss the healing benefits of ketamine therapy at Forever Fiore Tea Lounge while guests enjoy afternoon tea and light snacks.
