Free Community Christian Skate

Brush off those ROLLER SKATES and get ready to ROLL! WHEN: Saturday, Jan 20th 2pm -5pm PRICE: FREE ADMISSION WHERE: Destiny Church Open Air Barn/Gathering Place Our barn is the size of a skating rink and has a nice smooth concrete floor with lots of seating, sound system & porta potties. SKATES: You must bring your OWN skates - (rollerblades, quads) or use our LOANER skates. We will have approx 10-12 pairs of various size skates that you may "borrow" for 30 mins and then let someone else use them. If you have extra skates that you don't use, bring and donate so we can use! FOOD: We are hoping to have 3 types of food trucks available (food at your own expense). MUSIC: DJ will be playing upbeat Christian music along with a few instrumental songs for those who wish to shuffle skate. We will do the hokey pokey, a fast skate, a shuffle skate, backward skate and a few laps for just the adults. All ages will have fun! Can't skate? Come out and watch! There will be some artistic skaters, dance and rhythm skaters, jam skaters ...all styles, all levels! RULES: -Anyone Age 14 or Younger MUST be accompanied by an ADULT at all times. You cannot drop your child off and leave. They will not be admitted into the rink. This will be strictly enforced. -No scooters, bikes etc. - this is just like a roller rink. -Wheelchairs ARE allowed! Bring a friend that can skate and push you! Questions?
