Whether you're a Pilates pro or just looking to try something new, this is the place to be. This event is free for hotel guests and $15 for the public. Participants will also receive food and drink specials after attending.
Fit & Flow Poolside Pilates classes are led by certified instructors from Fit & Flow Events SWFL and are available to participants of all ages and abilities. Doors open at 8:45 a.m., and parking for the classes is free.
