10:00 AM – Meet at Sauna House
10:15 AM – Start a 1-mile light jog (Sauna House → Felts Ave → Wilson St → Old 41 Rd → back to Sauna House
10:35 AM – Post-run stretch & cool down
10:45 AM – Contrast Therapy (Enjoy Sauna, Cold Plunge, while networking with like minded individuals)
