Hosted in The Dining Room, the evening begins with a reception and crispy pork belly amuse bouche paired with Del Maguey “Vida” Mezcal. Guests will then enjoy a four-course pairing menu, each dish designed to complement a progression of premium tequilas — from bright and citrus-forward to rich and oak-aged. Menu highlights include shrimp carpaccio with Casamigos “Blanco,” chicken liver mousse with Volcan de mi Tierra “Reposado,” braised short rib with Don Julio “Cristalino,” and charred flank steak paired with Don Julio “Añejo.” Refined, bold and thoughtfully curated, The Art of Agave offers a memorable night of flavor and discovery.
