About the event
Try the tech the 1% uses to keep their bones strong, hear from experts on how to measure and build bone at any age, and connect with a health-conscious community.
Bone is one of the few markers of aging you can measure and improve at almost any age. But most people are never told that in time to use it, so it becomes a problem that's often found too late.
Just two days after World Osteoporosis Day, we're spending an evening learning about prevention and data-driven intervention.
The Discussion:
A moderated discussion with Dr. Tareq Khader, Naples Longevity Clinic Medical Director and concierge longevity physician, on how bone health is measured, what tracking it over time reveals, and where it sits in the wider healthspan picture.
Joined by Mackenzie McMahon, owner of OsteoStrong Naples, on osteogenic loading and what targeted intervention looks like when the goal is building density rather than slowing its loss.
Host and longevity journalist Klaudia Balogh will be facilitating the discussion, but we will have time for audience Q&A too.
Tech to Try
The floor opens for a full hour for you to try compression boots, PEMF therapy, BioCharger, vibration plates, red light therapy, and more at no additional cost. All of it will be hands-on, with people there to walk you through what each one does.
