Wine Dinner with Mollydooker at BALLEEN

Experience an intimate evening of rare Mollydooker wines paired with a refined multi-course tasting experience at BALEEN, the signature restaurant at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort.

Set along the Gulf at BALEEN, this exclusive collector’s dinner, hosted by Luke Marquis, will guide guests through iconic selections from the Mollydooker portfolio while sharing the stories and inspiration behind each pour. The pours will be paired with a five-course meal, prepared by Chef John Beriker, featuring standout dishes such as a coastal trio with scallop tartare tostada, tropical oysters and crab salbut, as well as braised pork belly, parsnip purée, sautéed baby bok choy, and sweet reduction.
