At any given time there are 9 trains operating simultaneously on the layout.  One of these is “Thomas” which is always a big hit with the young at heart. But the real main attraction for kids is the large variety of accessories that they can operate from buttons located on the front of the layout.  In fact parents and grandparents seem to get as much fun from loading blocks of ice or sawing logs as the kids do.
