The Billy Bricks family brought it's signature (now referred to as) Neo-Neapolitan Pizzas to Illinois in 2005, making it one of, if not the first, pizzeria of it's kind in the midwest. While our style of pizza uses the same dough as the traditional Neapolitan and similar ingredients, we've made our own rules for nearly two decades by baking at 725F-750F for 2 to 2.5 minutes. The lower temperature and additional cooking time produces more crunch, which creates a one of a kind pizza experience. We're proud to bring this pizza to you at ZZA BABY.
