From a humble flower shop in Islington, London, established in 1988, Paula's ambition and love for flowers propelled her into a global phenomenon. Her work spans continents, including Europe, North America, and Asia, with 9 shops in London and Birmingham, UK, and a collaboration with Samsung in Seoul, Korea.

Paula's influence extends beyond retail, as she has built a massive flower contract business and an enviable events department. Within three years of opening her first flower shop, Paula secured a publishing deal, leading to the release of 18 books on floral art.
