Art enthusiasts in Naples will have the opportunity to experience the evocative and deeply nostalgic work of Kelsey Irvin as her much-anticipated One-Woman Show opens at Gardner Colby Gallery on Wednesday, March 12. A reception for the artist will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at 359 Broad Avenue South, providing a unique chance for guests to engage with Irvin and her latest collection. Attendees are kindly asked to RSVP by calling 239-403-7787.
Known for her distinctive figurative artwork, Irvin masterfully integrates vintage ephemera and found objects into her compositions, breathing new life into materials that might otherwise be forgotten.

Irvin explains, “In a world that is becoming more digital each day, I’m driven to bring new life to objects that may otherwise be lost and deteriorate over time. The challenge I seek is to maintain a balance between working with such old objects and recreating them in a contemporary artwork that stands the test of time.”
A graduate of St. Lawrence University in Upstate New York, Irvin later moved to Southern California, where she currently resides and continues to expand her artistic vision. Her work has reached audiences far beyond the United States, with pieces held in public and private collections in Italy, Dubai, Greece, Singapore, and China. She has exhibited at the Laguna Art Museum, Pensacola Museum of Art, Marin Museum of Contemporary Art, and Attleboro Arts Museum, as well as in numerous gallery exhibitions across the country.

Gardner Colby Gallery invites art lovers to experience the profound and emotive work of Kelsey Irvin in this special exhibition. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness her unique ability to transform forgotten objects into timeless masterpieces.
