Sails Restaurant Launches Chef Collaborative Series with Mediterranean-Indian Fusion Dinner

Sails Restaurant invites guests to an exclusive one-night culinary experience as part of its Chef Collaborative Series, featuring renowned local Chef Asif Syed of 21 Spices and Sails' own Chef Rajkumar Holuss. This special event showcases a remarkable fusion of global flavors and fine dining artistry.

Chef Rajkumar, whose career includes a decade at the esteemed three-Michelin-starred The Waterside Inn under culinary icon Michel Roux, will join forces with Chef Asif, celebrated for his bold, authentic interpretations of Hyderabadi and South Indian cuisine.

The evening will feature a meticulously crafted seven-course tasting menu, with the chefs alternating courses to highlight their unique culinary traditions:
