Another RECHARGE Health & Wellness event took place today at the newly opened Sauna House Bonita Springs, and by all accounts, it was a resounding success. With over 60 attendees gathering to celebrate health, connection, and mindfulness, this Saturday morning event proved once again that Southwest Florida is ready to embrace a movement centered on accessible wellness and community growth.
Organized by Naples 2Night and the vibrant Vandy Run Club, RECHARGE has rapidly become one of the most talked-about health and wellness experiences in the region. Attendees were treated to a thoughtfully curated morning beginning with a light-paced group jog, followed by contrast therapy sessions featuring sauna and cold plunge rotations, nutritious snacks, and meaningful networking with wellness-minded locals.
The Venue: Sauna House
The choice of venue was far from random. Sauna House, the brainchild of founder Andrew—who originally conceived the idea while living in San Francisco—was inspired by the therapeutic power of Hot/Cold/Relax routines. A former hockey league member and basement sauna enthusiast, Andrew combined these passions to create a bathhouse space that promotes healing, community, and a little sass.
What began as an experiment in combating chronic pain through cold water immersion became a visionary concept: an environment where friends could gather, unwind, and heal—both physically and mentally. With the Bonita Springs location now open, Southwest Florida residents are getting their first taste of the Sauna House philosophy.
And at the helm of this exciting new location is Robert Sorenson, the owner of Sauna House Bonita Springs. Robert has been instrumental in bringing the brand’s mission to life in SWFL, creating a warm and inviting space that embodies the balance between wellness and community. His dedication to providing a healing sanctuary for the region made Sauna House the perfect venue for RECHARGE.
The Event Schedule
The morning kicked off at 8:45 AM with an energizing welcome outside Sauna House. By 9:15 AM, the group set off on a scenic 1-mile jog through the streets of Bonita Springs, looping from Sauna House to Felts Ave, Wilson St, and Old 41 Rd before circling back.
By 9:35 AM, a cool-down stretch grounded the group before they immersed themselves in the highlight of the event: contrast therapy. Guests cycled between Sauna House’s state-of-the-art saunas and icy cold plunge pools, all while enjoying healthy protein bars and vibrant conversation.
Organizers with Vision
The event owes much of its success to the strategic partnership between Naples 2Night and the Vandy Run Club. Naples 2Night, a key brand under serroTx Media, continues to dominate the Southwest Florida digital space. Owned by entrepreneurs Rodrigo Torres, Gonzalo Torres-Giusti, Johanna Torres, and Cheyenne Torres, serroTx Media is the parent company behind some of the strongest marketing agencies in the region. Their media strength, vision, and tight community ties made it possible to unite over 60 wellness lovers in such a short period of planning.
Vandy Run Club, founded by health advocates Mika and Rose Crespo, brings a refreshing mission to the wellness scene: Making Health Social. The group fosters daily self-improvement, social connection, and a supportive atmosphere for people serious about living healthier, happier lives.
Community Support & Sponsors
No great event comes together without a team of supportive sponsors. For this RECHARGE installment, a special thank-you goes out to:
Presenting Sponsor: serroTx Media
Gold Sponsors: Skin Deep Naples and Naples Girls Walk Club
Silver Sponsors: Sincerely, ME Kava Lounge, Pilates Place, and Vital Fusion Med Spa
These businesses reflect the very spirit of the RECHARGE movement—local, supportive, wellness-oriented, and eager to invest in the health of our community.
A Healthier, More Connected Future
For the Torres-Giusti family and their partners, community-building is at the heart of everything they do. Through events like RECHARGE, they’re not just offering a Saturday morning fitness experience—they’re creating a culture. A culture where well-being, connection, and empowerment thrive together.
As the event wrapped up, the excitement for what’s next was already palpable. With more RECHARGE events in the pipeline and an ever-growing network of sponsors and partners, Southwest Florida is quickly becoming a hub for holistic wellness and social fitness.
Stay tuned with Naples 2Night and Vandy Run Club for the next RECHARGE event—and be ready to sweat, plunge, laugh, and connect.
