Ce Soir Debuts in Naples with Coastal French Cuisine and Open-Flame Elegance

Naples, Fla. — Opening this November, Ce Soir is set to bring the flavors and flair of the French Riviera to Southwest Florida. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant in Bayfront Plaza offers modern French cuisine with a sun-soaked, Mediterranean twist.

The space, just a short walk from Fifth Avenue and overlooking Naples Bay, blends Parisian sophistication with coastal chic. The restaurant features live-fire cooking, jewel-toned décor, mosaic accents, golden lighting, and a 24-seat U-shaped Cristillo natural stone bar with a 560-bottle wine display. A semi-private wine cellar and a 14-foot raw bar showcase fresh seafood and oysters, completing a luxe, sophisticated atmosphere.

Ce Soir marks the U.S. debut of Canadian-based Aidan Hospitality, known for bold, elevated dining concepts. “Naples is appreciated for its beauty, lifestyle, and sophisticated taste — Ce Soir was designed to complement that energy,” said George Gill, partner and marketing director at Aidan Hospitality. “We’re inspired by the flavors of the French Riviera and Mediterranean coastlines, and we’ve brought that spirit to Florida — with a bold twist of au feu de charbon.”

At the heart of the kitchen is a Josper charcoal wood-fired grill, infusing seafood and prime meats with smoky richness. Signature dishes include Wagyu Porterhouse from Snake River Farms, Duck Confit with bean cassoulet, and Oxtail Agnolotti with artichoke barigoule and black garlic powder. Coastal offerings include Snapper Ceviche with passion fruit emulsion, micro cilantro, kumquat, coconut gelée, and tapioca cracker, as well as Littleneck Clams, Prawns, Whole Lobster, and Ice-Chilled Oysters.

Cocktails, crafted by 2023 World Class Global Bartender of the Year Jacob Martin, highlight Florida produce with a twist of live-fire flavor. Signature drinks include the Grilled Avocado Passionfruit Sour, Grapefruit Brûlée, and a Toasted Coconut Espresso Martini garnished with a gold espresso bean.

Ce Soir is open Sunday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to midnight, and Fridays and Saturdays until 2 a.m. The lounge operates during the day, while evenings feature live deep house DJs.
